The Soft Premier Original features a castellated insert, constructed from geometric cut surface cells, which move independently to provide excellent patient comfort, reduce shear and friction and optimise pressure reduction.

The key hole channels at the base of each cell allow air circulation, minimising build up of heat and moisture.

The cover is multi stretch, waterproof, polyurethance fabric with high frequency welded seams, and a full length flap concealing the zip.
